Check the updated Height Card List - as of October 28, 2021 - if your dog is on the list, you don't need to send me a copy!  Will get this updated one of these days :-) USDAA is no longer sending out permanent height cards.   Screen shots or print outs of the dog's information page will be used instead.   More information here:  http://www.usdaa.com/article.cfm?newsID=3460
Final confirmations will generally be sent by Monday night before the trial with NO changes possible after mid day Tuesday. Look for and read those confirmations carefully!! Running orders generally posted Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning. Also, you may NOT withdraw from GP/PGP or STP/PSJ because you finished your Q's at a trial a week or two before!!
Note: all test schedules have a fillable entry form. Please fill in electronically if possible. The form should fill in the fee and calculate the totals for you. You will need to deduct any worker vouchers from your total. More than one dog? Use the Reset For New Dog button to clear the dog info, but not the handler.    For Chrome or Firefox users, if you notice that the fees are not calculating correctly,   save the form to your computer, then use Acrobat Reader (it is free from adobe.com) to fill in. If you downloaded the form and used Preview, delete it from your hard drive, download again and open with Adobe Reader and then it should work.  I don't have a Mac, but someone that does told me this would work :-)
